Meet Cielo Camille Grepalda, Property Manager for BMG NOVA
Camille joined Bay Property Management Group in October 2023 as a property manager in Northern Virginia. Although she’s only been with us for a short time, she’s quickly become an integral part of the team. With her second anniversary coming up, Camille is taking this chance to reflect on her journey so far and share her passion for providing excellent service to both property owners and tenants.
Before joining BMG, Camille developed a broad skill set through her decade-long career in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. From technical support to customer service, complaints handling, and escalations, she honed her ability to manage challenges with efficiency and care.
In 2020, she took on her role as a property manager for short-term rental properties. Over three years, she specialized in managing homes on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo. Her extensive experience in the rental industry made her a perfect fit for Bay Property Management Group.
A Day in the Life of Camille
As a property manager at BMG, Camille oversees more than 100 properties so that both owners and tenants are well cared for. She describes her typical workday as dynamic and ever-evolving.
“I start my day with a big cup of iced coffee—it’s my go-to energizer,” Camille shares. After reviewing emails, she prioritizes tasks like addressing service requests, handling administrative duties, and communicating with owners and tenants.
Each day brings new challenges, which makes her role both exciting and rewarding. While the workload can be demanding, she finds fulfillment in the moments when her efforts are recognized, whether it’s a simple “thank you” or positive feedback from her team.

Camille is passionate about working at BMG because of the exceptional support and resources the company provides to its property managers. Transitioning from managing short-term rentals to long-term properties was a significant change, but BMG’s training and ongoing assistance made all the difference.

Getting to Know Camille Outside the Office
When she’s not working, Camille loves traveling and spending time with her daughter. Last year, they explored Japan, Hong Kong, and Vietnam, creating unforgettable memories together.
One bucket list item Camille recently checked off was experiencing the fireworks at Hong Kong Disneyland—a promise she made to herself years ago. Up next? Paragliding is on her radar for her next adventure!
When asked who she’d love to meet, Camille enthusiastically mentions BTS. As a new fan of the South Korean boy band, she admires their artistry and wants to see them in concert someday.
Camille’s favorite book is The Greatest Miracle in the World by Og Mandino, which has inspired her to live each day to the fullest. And if she could dis-invent one thing? Robot servers—because nothing beats human connection during a meal!
Camille’s Advice for Industry Newcomers
“Property management isn’t for everyone,” Camille admits. “It requires strong will, patience, and resilience to balance the needs of owners and tenants while staying on top of deadlines. But with organization and a problem-solving mindset, you can thrive in this field.”
