In this Employee Spotlight, we’re excited to introduce Sarah Crisolo, our Philadelphia office’s Leasing Administrator, whose dedication, empathy, and adaptability make a meaningful impact on both clients and colleagues every day.
Finding Purpose Through Helping Others
Sarah’s career path has always been guided by a desire to support people through challenges. She finds deep fulfillment in helping others navigate concerns—whether that means providing a direct solution or simply guiding someone toward the right next step.
“Even when I don’t have every answer at hand, guiding someone toward the right solution and hearing their genuine appreciation is immensely rewarding.”
It’s this sense of purpose that continues to motivate Sarah to learn, adapt, and grow within the fast-paced world of property management.

Her career began in technical support and customer service, where she sharpened her communication skills and problem-solving abilities. During the pandemic, she embraced a transition into a virtual assistant role, adapting to new ways of working while continuing to contribute meaningfully.
These diverse experiences laid a strong foundation for her success in leasing and operations today.
Joining Bay Property Management Group
Sarah joined Bay Property Management Group in 2022 after being drawn to its growth-focused environment. Leaving a stable virtual assistant role wasn’t easy, but the decision proved to be a rewarding step forward. Taking that leap allowed her to grow professionally and embrace new opportunities.
What stands out most to Sarah about BMG is the strong culture of teamwork and support. She values feeling heard and appreciated and enjoys working with colleagues who collaborate toward shared goals. The focus on learning and continuous improvement makes even demanding days more meaningful.
Looking ahead, Sarah hopes to continue contributing to BMG’s growth.

A Day in the Life of a Leasing Administrator
Sarah approaches each workday with purpose, beginning by connecting with her teammates before diving into her responsibilities. She reviews calendars, emails, and voicemails to identify urgent matters, manages daily workflows, and prepares and verifies lease renewal forms for review. Throughout the day, she stays in close communication with owners, tenants, the leasing team, and property managers to ensure questions are addressed and tasks move forward efficiently. Her attention to detail and commitment to clear, proactive communication help keep operations running smoothly.
On challenging days, Sarah stays motivated by knowing her work truly makes a difference.
“Whether I’m assisting tenants, owners, or colleagues—or ensuring operations run smoothly—seeing the positive impact of my efforts makes even the toughest days feel rewarding.”
Over time, Sarah has gained valuable insights from working in property management. She has learned that clear and consistent communication is essential and staying organized helps reduce overwhelm. To remain productive, she relies on time-blocking and breaking larger tasks into manageable steps, which helps her stay focused and meet deadlines during busy periods.
She also enjoys clearing up a common misconception about the industry:
“We’re not just focused on raising rents. Our role requires balancing the needs of homeowners and tenants while ensuring fairness, compliance, and long-term satisfaction.”
Life Outside the Office
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys exploring new places—but she’s just as happy spending a cozy day at home playing video games. She loves coffee dates, spontaneous trips with friends, and diving into a new game.
One unforgettable bucket list experience? Mountain hiking. Sarah is not a fan of heights. But despite that, she completed the Batulao trail. A challenging climb that pushed her beyond her comfort zone.
“Reaching the highest peak and taking in the views was unforgettable… would I do it again? Maybe only if there’s amazing food at the finish!”
When asked “if she could meet anyone, who would it be?” Sarah chose Mitch Albom, whose books she admires and would love to have signed.
